61Preparation for the exercise
I need you for a test. The goal is NOT to buy anything. But before we start the test, I want to do an exercise with you that can change your life. What you need for the test: word or an other word processor.
Open a new document and write down...
MY PERFECT DAY
Then write down your first question:
1) Where do you want to live?
To answer this question, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Do you get some pictures?
- How does your house look like?
- When you look around, what do you see in the neighbourhood?(wood, fields, houses, the sea,...)
Now that you have those pictures, open your browser and find on the internet pictures that fit your mentally created pictures. (images.google.com)
Paste those pictures (Yes more than one! Hey it's about your perfect day/life! Take your time and energy to answer this question. Do you really want to live your perfect day?) Here are some of my pictures:

My garden
These where just a few photos to have an idea. You can still paste pictures in your document of your:
- bathroom
- bedroom
- kitchen
- fitness room
- ...
To make the picture clearer:
- What are you eating for breakfast?
- With whom?
- What do you see?

Physical exercises
Of course I started my day with a meditation together with my friends.
At 10 o'clock it's time for the real physical exercise:
- Running on the treadmill
- Biking in the woods
- Swimming in the sea
Get physical
Even in my perfect day, there is a time for working
Before I start working:
- At noon, dining with friends
- In the afternoon, I start working in my home office.
Do yoy have an idea as to what I want?
Take one week to visualize and to write down your place where you want to live.
Between the pictures (just an aide) write down your mental pictures. Describe as much as possible the details.
